MANUELLE KONTROLLEN<\/h2>\n

Chicor\u00e9e-Wurzeln werden bis zu 12 Monate eingelagert (mitunter sogar noch l\u00e4nger). Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sind optimale Lagerbedingungen \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig, um die qualitativen und produktiven Eigenschaften der Chicor\u00e9e-Wurzeln m\u00f6glichst lange zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige manuelle Kontrollen ausgew\u00e4hlter Kisten aus einer Charge sind ein ad\u00e4quates Mittel, da zwischen, aber auch innerhalb der Chargen in einem K\u00fchlraum gro\u00dfe Unterschiede auftreten k\u00f6nnen. Die entsprechenden Ma\u00dfnahmen wie Umlagern oder Befeuchten k\u00f6nnen den gesamten K\u00fchlraum, aber auch spezifische Chargen betreffen. Wir \u00fcberwachen die Chargen in Ihrem K\u00fchlhaus oder bei externen Lohnk\u00fchlern.<\/p>\n

Lagerverwaltung f\u00fcr Chicor\u00e9e-Wurzeln<\/h5>\n

Der Auftraggeber hat die komplette Kontrolle \u00fcber den Verlauf der K\u00fchlung, und die f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung verantwortliche Person erh\u00e4lt per E-Mail direkt \u00fcber das ChicoSystem s\u00e4mtliche Empfehlungen und Beobachtungen. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen im Rahmen der K\u00fchlhausbetreuung die Behandlungsma\u00dfnahmen sowie die Lagerverwaltung der Wurzeln aufgezeichnet werden.<\/p>\n
