Analyses, growth balance, and the NDVI

Plots are intensively followed-up using tools such as the growth balance curve, laboratory analyses, and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) satellite images in order to control growth and ensure optimal conditions. Weekly monitoring of leaf-miner flies is linked to an alert service, so we can always stay one step ahead of chicory leaf-miner flies. All advice and observations are recorded and communicated directly from the ChicoSystem by e-mail to arable farmers and chicory forcers.
